I haven't seen this tambourine in this condition in many years. From the photos it appears that the litho is near flawless and the coloring is deep and rich. I expect this to go high.

Vintage Halloween VERY RARE Diecut BEISTLE Fairy Clock 1923
The starting price on this diecut, in imperfect condition, is much too high.
Set of 4 German Cutout Decorations
These quite rare diecuts were made in Saxony (and should be marked on the reverse...) and were typically sold in like sets of four, meaning this is probably a mixture from two separate envelopes. Nonetheless, the condition looks great and collectors of early Halloween paper should snap this enveloped foursome up without delay.
Vintage Diecut Embossed Cardboard Halloween Black Cat Stand Up Decoration
The buyer got a tremendous deal snapping this large diecut up for a mere $58.86. I suspect that many more such bargains will be had between now and Halloween. There is a fine array of high-quality items up right now. This, combined with the lateness of the season, may conspire to create opportunities for further bargains in the next two to three weeks.
VINTAGE 1930'S BEISTLE HALLOWEEN FULL-BODIED BLACK CAT DIECUT
This very large diecut with serrated edges was one of a set made by Beistle beginning in 1932. It is exceedingly difficult to find one of these in this nice condition.
ANTIQUE HALLOWEEN INTERLOCKING DANCING CATS, ESTATE, 21" x 7"
Glad to see that this seemingly perfect Gibson table centerpiece, manufactured in the late 1920s, brought $110.39. If the envelope had been present, it certainly would have brought much more.
Fortunes by the Luminous Spirit
Although this is a hardish game to find, given its condition, the starting price is much too high.
Antique Halloween Paper Garland/Decoration PUMPKINS 5FT W/ Original Bag
I believe this is the earliest iteration of this garland Beistle made, probably in 1920. Later, Beistle made a double-sided garland with 13 JOLs. This version came in a beautifully designed, colorful and very desirable heavy cardboard envelope that is perhaps more coveted than the garland itself. That said, not many of these early cardboard bags survived. It took me until 2007 to locate one fine enough to be in my collection.
1940-50 HALLOWEEN 22.5" BLACK CAT ON FENCE BEISTLE DECORATION
This diecut, made from 1949-1953 doesn't surface too often, and when it does it it typically trashed, probably due to its size. Except the minor wear the seller notes, this is probably one of the best I've seen surface. (This deserved to bring the strong $159.50 it did!)
vintage Halloween black cat tin noise maker
This is a very hard-to-find and early form of this noisemaker made by T. Cohn.
Vintage Halloween pulp devil head lantern No reserve!
This lantern is devilishly hard to find in even very fine condition. This certainly has to be one of the best I've seen. The wax residue at the bottom doesn't affect value all else being equal. I applaud this seller's ingenuity in piecing together the original insert, rather than taking the expedient route and simply slapping a new one inside. Given its adherence to the original spirit of Ebay in having a starting price of $9.99, I hope this item brings a strong price in the $350-450 range where it definitely belongs.
VINTAGE HALLOWEEN USA BEISTLE RARE CARDBOARD CENTERPIECE
I love these imaginatively designed centerpieces that Beistle made in the mid-1950s. (They made two versions.) Although the example being auctioned isn't in perfect condition, it surely is in better shape than the 2-3 that have sold within the last 18 months. If you collect rare paper, this belongs in your collection.
Vintage Halloween Heavy Cardboard Die Cut - Face of a SCARED BLACK CAT
This is merely a remnant from a Beistle 3-D cat stand-up.
DENNISON HALLOWEEN NOVELTY TABLE CENTERPIECE ORIGINAL BOX
Occasionally, even a firm with an excellent creative track record like Dennison takes a crap. The result is this yawn-inducing amalgamation of dreck they put it in a decorated box - the best thing of the whole set - and sprung on an unimpressed public. Dennison issued this set for only a single season, along with a variant featuring Disney characters. They typically don't bring much for obvious visual reasons. (...And this brought a mere $80.)
German Porcelain Tea Pot from Children's Tea Set- 1920s
I have personally examined this great item and concur that the repair to the lid was professionally done. This tea pot has excellent color and the proper mark. I know the seller well. She has long been on the list of sellers I endorse. I applaud the starting price, well below market for the item and unsaddled with any reserve.
