One sees many of these punch games - but this is an earlier one made by Masters of Brooklyn, NY during the later 1930s. The most commonly seen versions were produced later in Japan and are marked as such. So, the fact this is an earlier version in unplayed condition should give it a slight boost to value. The seller started it at $35. There is already one bidder, but I feel the game as it is won’t bring too much more. We’ll see…

1928 Fortunes Party Halloween Game Past Present & Future Punch Board Unused
This is a punch game I don’t recall seeing before. The graphics are both minimalist and check most of the boxes for iconic imagery. Unusually, it seems to be wholly intact. I wonder if the seller has started it too high at a $49.99 opening price?

Be cautious here. These games were made sometime after 1980 and don't have the collectible value of the first iteration version made in the United States. The next iteration was made in Japan. This iteration is one I haven't seen before, and was made in Taiwan. The styrofoam middle is also something new to me. It screams "crap." Unpunched games from the 1920s and 1930s are desirable and hard-to-find. This isn't that.
