2476                  1950s Battery Operated Dancing Pumpkin Lantern w/ Box
This battery operated Dancing Pumpkin lantern was produced in Hong Kong during the later 1950s. It measures ~6” high by ~8” across with the spring arms extended. I haven’t tested to see if it works. Assume it is non-working. If wrong, the upside is yours. The lantern presents well. The orange of the double-faced JOL is a pleasing hue, not garish as some of these lanterns are. I haven’t seen one exactly like this one in a while. The original box is included, although it is in only fair condition as it is missing its top.
