Lot 88                  1920s Beistle Cat with Bow Tie Band Hat Mask
This pleasing black cat face with bow tie band hat mask design was first released by Beistle in the mid-to-late 1920s. It measures ~11.5” high by ~11.5” across. The black and orange honeycomb interior of the band hat is in near mint or better condition. Even the exposed tips are orderly. The mask itself is also near perfect. The cut-out nose and tongue don’t appear to ever have been moved.
