Lot 34                  1924 Complete Dennison Box of Cat Face Cut-Outs (BOOK ITEM)
Dennison first issued this slide box of six cat face cut-outs in 1924 with a stock number of H98. The box measures ~4” square. The complete contents are extant. All but one have a name written on the reverse. This is the very item photographed for my reference book, appearing on page 244 of the third edition. This entered the collection on August 2, 2007. The buyer will receive a handwritten note on my personal Halloween stationery attesting to this provenance.
