Lot 13                1920s German Bisque Reclining JOL-Headed Figure
This bisque item was produced during the later 1920s in Germany. (Although it is unmarked, I’ve had two advanced collectors who are very familiar with the bisque segment examine it. Both opined it was German and not Japanese. Neither had seen it before!) The figure shows a reclining JOL-headed figure wearing a hat while a JOL with a yellow ribbon is nestled against the legs. It measures ~2.75” high by ~4.5” across by ~2.25” deep.
