2651 1920s Beistle Enveloped Set of Six Folding Invitations
This is a tough set to find complete in the original envelope. (This is the first time I’ve had one to offer for many years.) This complete set of folding invitations was produced by Beistle between 1923-1925. They differ from the items seen in the 1923 Party Book and its brethren by the printed verbiage inside. They are smaller, too, measuring ~2.75” high by ~3” across, closed. This set is unused and was previously never even removed from the envelope. To photograph the contents, I gently unsealed the back flap. The thin-tissue envelope measures ~5” high by ~4” across. The round stamp on the envelope’s reverse would read Bell Bazaar, if complete. This mark appears now and then on some Beistle enveloped sets. (The identical set in the collection has that mark, wholly legible.)
