2645                    1920s Buzza Tally – Child with Candle and Bats
Buzza produced many killer small paper designs, including this one. From the late 1920s, this tally shows a child holding a candlestick while bats swirl against a harvest moon. The use of blue is unusual and striking. I like how the artist had the blue start darker at the top then gradually lighten as you go down the card. Buzza produced this tally after the opening of their Craftacres building in 1927. It has a stock number of T-277. It measures ~5.25” high, closed.
