Ernest Dudley Chase was an illustrator best known for his work on pictorial maps, although he dabbled in greetings cards and other small paper items. This is a Greeting For Hallowe’en card issued under his name and cartouche. It has a stock number of 5-H370. The card measures ~2.75” high by ~4.5” across. A prior owner wrote their initials, MJA, in ink at the lower right. This is the only Ernest Dudley Chase Halloween card I’ve ever seen.
