2639 1920s Unused McKenzie Greetings Place Card
This unused place card was produced during the 1920s by a small regional firm out of Boston, McKenzie Greetings – Messengers of Sunshine. These were designed to be placed on the edge of a drinking glass to denote a guest’s place at the table. These were sold in packs of eight for one thin dime. It measures ~2.75” high by ~3.5” across. Blue is a color not often seen used so prominently with Halloween small paper. I think it makes the piece really pop.
