2636                    1920s German Owl on Crescent Moon Diecut
The Germans produced a set of six small designs featuring crescent moons. This perched owl diecut is one of the six. It is heavily embossed and measures ~5” high by ~5” across. This has a gloss to it that many collectors, including me, prefer. There is a soft bend at the bottom just left of the owl’s body. This has introduced a small degree of floppiness to the diecut, hence the price.
