2620                    1930s German Dual-Sided Tin Litho Ratchet
The Germans made a small number of Halloween tin litho noisemakers during the 1930s as they prepared for what would become WWII. This dual-sided tin litho ratchet is one not often seen. Collectors love the side showing a cigarette being smoked. It measures ~7” high by ~4.5” in diameter. It makes plenty of noise.
