26172                 1930s Unused Tally with JOL-Headed Ghost
This unused tally was issued by a prolific producer whose identity I’ve never been able to suss out. It is marked with stock number HT-10A. The imagery is great – a JOL-headed ghost is scaring a kid out in the dark woods. The tally measures ~3.5” high by ~3” across.
