26130                 1920s Whitney Invitation
This invitation was produced by Whitney during the 1920s. It depicts a woman playing cards with the surround being an outline of a pumpkin. Whitney produced a variety of these invitations, with many designs being seen often. This is one I had not seen before its acquisition. (Hallmark also issued similar invitations, but they are marked on the reverse.) The invite measures ~3.25” high by ~4.75” across.
