2612                    1940s Unused A-Meri-Card Skeleton Ghoul Tally
This tally was produced by American Greetings during the later 1940s under their A-Meri-Card line. A-Meri-Card’s imagery is generally benign, but they pushed the envelope with this design. The green skeleton ghoul is unsettling, which is why this tally tends to bring strong dollars. It measures ~3” high by ~3” across, closed.
