2587                  1960s U.S. Metal Toy Tin Litho Ratchet
This ratchet was produced by U.S. Metal Toy during the 1960s. It has a black plastic handle. The graphics are not as anodyne as most of the tin produced during this time. The witch isn’t beguiling; the cat is standoffish and the JOL doesn’t appear to be having fun. It measures ~3.5” in diameter. This design doesn’t surface much – surprising since it was produced so late. Its colors are bright. The design is unmarred. It is plenty loud.
