Beistle originated this design beginning in the mid-1950s and continuing for about a decade. Sometime toward the end of that run they apparently outsourced the design to manufacturers based in Japan. This is one of the items produced in Japan. This scarecrow measures ~8” high by ~3.5” across with the wings retracted. There is an easel.
