This tally was produced during the 1920s by a manufacturer unknown to me. It depicts two JOLs dressed for an evening out accompanied by their black cat friend sporting a big green bowtie. It measures ~4.25” high by ~2.25” across. There is a stock number of 617 on the reverse.
