T. Cohn produced these tin litho noisemakers during the late 1940s. The art has a distinct Art Deco sensibility. The ratchet measures ~4” in diameter and has a shaped wood red handle. The clanger measures ~8.25” high by ~4.25” in diameter. Both can be loud.
