24295                1930s T. Cohn Ratchet with a Deco Witch
This ratchet was produced by T. Cohn during the 1930s. It has a shaped wood handle. The litho has good color and is in fine condition. It sure makes a lot of noise! It measures ~4” in diameter. The color combinations on this noisemaker are unusual. There is more orange than is typically seen and more stripes flanking the Deco witch. I feel this is a rare variant.
