Lot 18                Rare 1910s Keystone View Company Halloween Glass Slide
This early framed glass slide was produced by the Keystone View Company sometime during the 1910s. The setting is a bucolic one with several children carving JOLs surrounded by corn shocks. Off in the distance is a church with a steeple. The framed slide measures ~4” high by ~3.25” wide. It is labeled P37 (11428) and is titled Fall – Making Hallowe’en Jack-o’-Lanterns. The scan makes the image appear blurry due to the depth of the image itself. When viewing directly, the image is crisp and clear.
